My 16 year old and I went to the gym.  He noticed the young guys looking at me because I was lifting more weight than they were.  This was on July 4, so it was the "diehard  weightlifters".  My son said he saw one guy look to see if anyone was looking, and when he thought they were not, tried to lift the weight I did.  When he couldn’t , he looked around again, then lowered the weight.  I think my son is proud of his dad!
