Fitness evaluations may include the following:
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS): This screen is important because it tracks the fundamental movements of the body. Through this screen we will assess asymmetries between the left and right side of the body or any limitations in fundamental movement patterns. This screen is effective in conditioning because we can target weaknesses and pinpoint strengths. Functional movement patterns are the foundation that athletic performance should be based on. All factors of performance: strength, power, speed, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, reaction time and postural integrity are components we use to move properly.What is the FMS provides more information about the screen and how it is administered.
- Personal Fitness Training Regimens: Our fitness professionals can design a tailored workout regimen for your specific needs and goals.
