Your liver is responsible for over 450 processes in the body. If you remove the junk and offer some science-based nutrients for 2-3 weeks, your liver can heal! We start with a Fresh Start Pre-Cleanse week. It is designed to help you “clean house” and prepare for all of the benefits to come during the actual program. During this prep week, you will actually eat three healthy meals and a snack.
You may also systematically begin to eliminate the top six substances from your diet that may be contributing to your weight gain and poor health. You will also take the detox nutrients and probiotic supplements designed to support you as you begin this detoxification process. Plus, you will have access to some great videos on how to make a healing green smoothie and other healthy and simple meal ideas so you can do this cleanse while keeping your day job!
The Pre-cleanse week is followed by the 14-day Detox program. During these two weeks you will continue to eliminate the major food allergens that are likely contributing to your weight gain and ill health, and replace 1-2 meals with a Detox shake supplements to detoxify and restore your body. You can enjoy wholesome clean foods for snacks and meals and will never feel hungry while you notice your cravings disappear!

Will it be uncomfortable?
There are bound to be differing opinions about the change in diet but this detox is designed to be gentle and easy to follow. Remember, it is not a fast, nor is it a colon cleanse, which are very harsh on your system. You will be eating plenty of food and the shakes are pleasant tasting. You may feel a slight withdrawal in the first few days if you are giving up a lot of caffeine or a lot of sugar. The recipes offered are medical foods designed to assist you through some of the challenging days. Have faith, it will pass, and it will all be worth it!
Will I be in the bathroom all day?
Absolutely not! You won't be having strange stools or be living on the toilet so you can do your day job and not have to worry. However, it is very important to consume extra water while detoxifying to help flush out toxins. Therefore, most people urinate more often than usual on this program.
Will I lose weight?
This detox program is not designed to be a weight loss program. However, many people lose both fat and water weight during the course of their detox program. Some of the reasons for this weight loss include: lower than usual caloric intake due to having shakes for meals, taking sugar out of the diet, decreased consumption of allergenic foods such as wheat and dairy, and release of toxins from fat stores.
Will I get headaches?
Some people experience headaches during the first few days of their detox due to withdrawal from sugar and caffeine. Remember, the week prior to detox you may want to decrease intake of these substances to minimize discomfort.
