Please bring a copy or all your vitamins and medicines in their original containers, if possible. Recent medical tests such as procedures or blood work( within 3-4 months) can also be very helpful for us.

There is plenty of convenient parking on both sides of the building. Although it states you need a parking permit to park in our lot, it is not enforced. There is an elevator located in the center of the building on the 2nd floor.

We do not accept insurance or Medicare, and we do not file insurance paperwork on your behalf; however, we will provide a detailed Superbill receipt for services performed for you to submit to your insurance carriers. Some insurance carriers may cover medical services and laboratory tests performed by our staff. Payment in full by check, cash or credit card is due at the time services are provided.
Our office accepts cash, checks or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx) for services rendered. When you schedule an initial visit, we request a credit card on file to hold the appointment for you. No charges will be applied to your credit card unless you miss or cancel an appointment without proper notice. On the day of your scheduled appointment, all charges for consultations (medical and nutritional) will be itemized and reviewed with you. Payment is due on the day of service.
Yes, we will only prescribe bio-identical hormones if our extensive and appropriate laboratory tests indicate less than optimal blood or saliva levels. Examples of natural, bioidentical hormones include Natural Progesterone, Natural Testosterone, DHEA, Pregnenolone, Natural Estrogens and Human Growth Hormone. Because natural, bioidentical hormones have the identical structure of our own endogenously produced hormones, these substances have very few adverse effects associated with them. This is contrasted with the high rate of serious adverse effects of synthetic hormones such as Premarin and Provera. We work closely with our compounding pharmacist on your behalf. It is our opinion that a synthetic hormones should never be used, for any condition, when there is a natural, bioidentical hormone available.
It may take from 48-72 hours for your pharmacy to process a prescription refill. Please plan ahead to avoid any interruption in your medications. The most efficient way for you to refill your prescription is to call the pharmacy directly and have them fax a refill request to our office.
