It’s the season for sweet, summer juicy peaches! Head to your favorite Farmers Market and pick up some to enjoy as a Breakfast smoothie or afternoon snack on these hot summer days!
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh peach, chopped (frozen will work fine but make sure they are sugar free)
- 1 Scoop Energy First Whey Protein Powder
- 1 C Trader Joes or Whole Foods unsweetened almond milk
- 1 t ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- Drop of liquid stevia , if desired
- 4-5 ice cubes to thicken
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
